Amy is Of Counsel to the Firm. Amy began her career as a law clerk in the United States District Court to the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian (Ret.). Thereafter, she joined the Christensen Firm. During her time at Christensen, Amy worked directly for renowned litigator Patricia Glaser and gained extensive experience in business litigation, including intellectual property, entertainment and First Amendment matters.
After several years at Christensen, Amy returned to work for Judge Tevrizian as a Senior Research Attorney, a position she held for 10 years. Amy developed an expertise in federal civil procedure and became well-versed in substantive areas of federal law including antitrust, intellectual property, employment discrimination, civil rights, as well as state tort and contract law. She supervised and instructed law students with legal research and writing, and law and motion practice in the federal court. When Judge Tevrizian retired, Amy accepted a position as the Administrative Law Clerk to then United States District Court Chief Judge Alicemarie H. Stotler. In that position, Amy assisted with the development and implementation of District Court policy and procedures.
Amy is relied upon for her intimate knowledge of the workings of the District Court, her in depth analysis of legal issues, and her superior research and writing skills. She is an invaluable asset to the Firm’s litigation practice.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994. Amy has been active in numerous local charitable organizations for several years.
