Business litigation

The Firm’s civil litigation practice is founded upon our partners’ decades of experience representing individual clients and business entities in a wide range of disputes. Over our nearly 50 years of combined experience, we have represented large corporations and small businesses, investors, stockholders, business owners, real estate developers and contractors, doctors, executives, and individual defendants in pursuit of claims and in defense of lawsuits brought against them.

We represent clients in trial in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings. We have negotiated favorable settlements for our clients through informal means and mediation. When negotiation fails to resolve the conflict, we rely on our years of trial experience to gain judgments for our clients through trial or arbitration. We are proud of the innovative and aggressive strategies we develop to help each client obtain their goal.
